Questions, bottle corrections, feature ideas, and bug reports are welcome.
Send from Scotchy
Tap the feedback icon in the app, write a message, and choose Send feedback. Signed-in users can submit without leaving Scotchy; the app includes basic diagnostic details but never profile ratings or personal bottle notes.
Email support
Contact greatwhitepolarbear@gmail.com. Include what you were doing, what happened, and your device or browser when reporting a bug. Do not include your password.
Profile recovery
First verify that you are signed into the same email account on each device. A local profile can also be exported from the Profile tab before signing into another account.
Responsible use
Scotchy does not sell alcohol, arrange delivery, process payments, or verify store inventory. It is intended only for adults who are 21 or older.
